Dr Moj Fitzmaurice is a highly experienced General Practitioner with the expertise and confidence to manage the full spectrum of conditions encountered in primary care.After qualifying from Manchester University in 1991 with an MB ChB, she went on to build a distinguished career within the NHS, ultimately setting up her own practice in Kew Gardens. 

Dr Fitzmaurice has a strong foundation in General Medicine, with particular interests in Women’s Health, Menopause, ADHD, Joint Injections  and Rheumatology.

Dr Fitzmaurice lead as a Clinical Director for Richmond PCN where she supported several practices in delivering NHS services to over 50.000 patients in the Richmond Borough. She is passionate about her role as a GP and takes great satisfaction in developing strong relationships with her patients. 

She is known for her friendly, compassionate, and holistic approach to care. Outside of work, she is a mother of three boys and enjoys travel, skiing and golf.

 Lori brings nearly 20 years of nursing experience across both acute care and general practice settings, having worked in Canada, California, and the UK. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) from Canada and is also a qualified UK non-medical prescriber. Her broad clinical background has allowed her to build a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to patient care.
 

Lori is known for her friendly, approachable manner combined with a high level of professionalism, helping patients feel at ease and confident in their care. Alongside her aesthetic practice, she works as a Practice Nurse where she regularly immunises both children and adults, and performs cervical screening (smear tests). Having carried out smear tests for many years, Lori has developed extensive experience and confidence in this area, giving her valuable insight into intimate and women’s health.

Over the years, Lori has developed a strong interest in women’s health and chronic disease management, with a particular focus on lifestyle optimisation. She understands that health and wellbeing are deeply connected, and takes into account not just physical symptoms, but also lifestyle, hormonal changes, and overall wellness.

Lori is passionate about offering an individually tailored, holistic approach to care. She works closely with her patients to support them in looking, feeling, and functioning at their best at every stage of life, empowering them with knowledge and personalised treatment plans.

Outside of the clinic, Lori enjoys life as a busy mum and values staying active through running and yoga. She also enjoys more creative downtime, including knitting and playing the ukulele.

 Ash is a Clinical Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber with specialist expertise in menopause, ageing skin, and women’s wellness. She completed her Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) with First Class Honours at King’s College London and later went on to achieve a Distinction in Independent Prescribing at the same institution. She has also completed a Clinical Postgraduate Diploma with Distinction and the British Menopause Society accredited menopause course.

She has worked across leading London teaching hospitals including Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

She has also undertaken clinical research with King’s College London and Imperial College London, contributing to projects focused on advancing patient care and innovation within healthcare.

Known for her warm, approachable, and compassionate manner, she creates a safe and supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing sensitive concerns. She values shared decision-making and takes time to explain treatment options clearly, helping patients feel informed, reassured, and confident in their care.

Her clinical expertise includes menopause management, women’s health, hormone-related health concerns, healthy ageing, ageing skin, hormone optimisation, preventative health, skin rejuvenation, and personalised wellness treatments. She combines evidence-based prescribing with a holistic and patient-centred approach to support women through every stage of health and wellbeing.

Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, baking, gardening, and art.
